We're seeking a highly skilled Performance & Growth Marketer to join our team.
This role requires a marketer who owns outcomes and turns traffic into booked consultations. You will optimize funnels across every touchpoint, use AI-enhanced workflows to improve numbers week over week, and partner directly with the founder and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conversion Optimization: Shape offers, landing pages, and A/B tests to drive measurable revenue growth.
- Lifecycle & Campaign Management: Run targeted email and WhatsApp journeys to re-engage the database and support launches.
- YouTube Growth Operations: Optimize content for discovery and retention, test thumbnail performance, and track CTR and average view duration.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Maintain clean UTMs, GA4 goals, and performance dashboards, deliver focused weekly reports, and keep testing backlog prioritized.
- 2-5 years of performance marketing experience with a portfolio showing measurable improvements.
- Conversion-focused copywriting skills and comfort with Webflow/HTML/CSS basics.
- Analytics proficiency: GA4, Tag Manager, CRM management, UTM discipline.
- YouTube optimization experience and thumbnail testing knowledge.
- AI workflow comfort for content creation and campaign automation.
