You will work directly with US-based clients, collaborate with founders and senior leadership, and gain experience in modern outbound and inbound sales strategies. You will help shape scalable GTM strategies while learning in a fast-paced, funded startup environment.Key Responsibilities- Drive awareness and generate new qualified leads through cold outreach and social selling.- Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outbound channels.- Research and qualify high-intent inbound leads and schedule demos with sales leaders.- Work closely with Founders to translate customer pain points into actionable sales strategies.- Refine and contribute to the lead generation playbook based on real-time learning.- Leverage tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and AI-based intent tools.- Report performance metrics and insights to the Sales Manager on a weekly and monthly basis.- Constantly scout new sales opportunities and support market intelligence efforts.Who Should Apply- Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).- Strong communication and persuasion skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn.- Analytical, resourceful, and eager to work in a startup sales environment.- Comfortable using modern sales tools and tech platforms.- Passionate about sales, SaaS, and AI-led innovation.- Driven to convert the internship into a full-time role with long-term growth.Why Pepsales?- Work directly with experienced Founders (ex-Tekion, ex-Microsoft, ISB, IIT, MSU alums).- Get exposure to international B2B SaaS sales — sell to CROs and Sales Leaders in the US.- Contribute meaningfully in a startup backed by top VCs and industry leaders.- Build your profile as a future Sales or GTM leader in the AI SaaS space.
