Lead Growth Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Growth Specialist to drive top-of-funnel growth through geo, content, campaigns, and outbound-assisted motions. This role will lead partnerships, craft market narratives, own analytics across the funnel, and support product-led growth motion.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive top-of-funnel growth through innovative strategies in GEO, content, campaigns, and outbound-assisted motions
  • Design, plan, and execute GTM experiments using AI-driven approaches, communities, or unconventional methods
  • Pursue strategic partnerships with LLM tooling, dev ecosystems, and AI infra communities to enhance business growth
  • Craft clear and compelling market narratives that resonate with product, engineering, and AI-first teams by translating complex infra value into actionable positioning
  • Own and analyze analytics across the entire funnel, setting up dashboards, analyzing user journeys, identifying insights, and optimizing conversion rates
  • Support the product-led growth (PLG) motion by driving free user activation and paid conversion
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to shape SuprSend's growth strategy, market narrative, and positioning
