Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Program Service Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and performance management of Trip Leaders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hiring, training, and coaching, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a deep understanding of South India and Sri Lanka, and be able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hiring, Training, and Coaching: 3+ years' experience in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
  • Cultural Awareness: Excellent understanding of South Indian and Sri Lankan cultures, customs, and traditions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
