This role will involve overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining top-notch quality standards. If you have a proven track record in PMO/program management for global IT within IT services or professional services firms, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Program Manager at Greymatter Innovationz, you will be responsible for:

  • Standards and Governance: Establishing and maintaining high-quality standards for project management, including stage gates, RACI, RAID, dependency maps, change control, and benefits tracking.
  • Planning and Delivery: Building integrated master schedules, conducting critical path analyses, and resource planning across time zones. You'll also lead weekly cadences (standups, risk/steerco, burndown/earned value) to ensure smooth progress.
  • Financials: Developing and tracking budgets and forecasts, managing CAPEX/OPEX, accruals, and vendor Statements of Work. You'll also analyze variances and create corrective plans.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Creating portfolio dashboards using Power BI/Tableau, maintaining a single source of truth, and providing accurate status updates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partnering with engineering, data/ML, security, and finance teams, preparing steerco packs, and managing decisions, actions, and escalations.
  • Quality and Compliance: Enforcing SDLC/Agile controls, documentation, audit readiness (SOC 2/ISO 27001 evidence), and change-management baselines.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in PMO/program management for global IT within IT services or professional services firms.
  • PMP certification (active).
  • Proven delivery of multi-region programs following a follow-the-sun operating rhythm.
  • Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum & Waterfall/Hybrid; stage-gate governance.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira/Confluence or Azure DevOps, MS Project/Smartsheet, Power BI/Tableau, and M365/Google Workspace.
  • Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, EAC, earned value), vendor/SOW governance.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
