Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Legal Entity Management group, you will be responsible for negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts, including Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements, software license agreements, confidentiality agreements, support and services agreements, partner agreements, and other purchasing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts with vendors, partners, and clients
  • Review procurement requests and negotiate vendor agreements for various transactions, including technology purchases, consulting agreements, and marketing services and events
  • Assist with generating responses for request for proposals, requests for information, and other similar inquiries to support pre-sales
  • Partner directly with the Sales, Finance, and Ops teams to ensure alignment and efficient time to close

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution
  • 7-10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house negotiation of enterprise SaaS contracts and supporting an enterprise sales team
  • Excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills, including experience negotiating customer-drafted forms
  • Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools
