Strategic Planning Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Commercial Solutions Strategic Operations team.

  • Drive and steer the annual planning cycle and multi-year strategic planning in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide industry-specific market insights, market landscape, competitors/customer analysis based on project requirements through desk/secondary research.
  • Presentation of business cases, financial projections, and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
  • Engage in business development and M&A projects by identifying potential targets and/or supporting due diligence processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field, and 3-7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting or a related field.

  • Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills with a focus on translating insights and data into actionable recommendations for leaders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analysis skills, with experience in addressing complex and diverse business problems.

Key qualifications include:

  • Advanced data analysis and visualization skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs mainly PowerPoint and Excel Analysis.
  • Flexibility across multiple topics and management of changing priorities, demanding timelines.
