Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our advisory team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted consultant to high-net-worth individuals, providing end-to-end advisory on real estate investments and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with HNI clients to promote premium real estate projects.
  • Act as a financial and investment consultant, advising clients on property investments aligned with their portfolio goals.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to provide clients with accurate investment insights.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
  • Mentor and support junior sales/advisory team members when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies.
  • Proven track record of handling HNI/UHNI clients and closing high-value transactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
