Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of human resource and administrative functions, ensuring proper manpower planning, statutory compliance, staff welfare, and office administration to support diverse projects.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding), maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave & payroll data, ensure compliance with labor laws, draft appointment letters, experience certificates, and HR policies, monitor performance & assist in appraisals, conduct training sessions (technical skills & soft skills).
  • Oversee office operations, security, housekeeping & support staff, manage travel bookings, TA/DA claims, and site visit allowances, ensure availability of essential office supplies, IT support, and utilities, coordinate documentation & filing of tenders, DPRs, and compliance records.
  • Maintain a safe working environment at project sites, handle grievances, and foster positive employee relations, organize staff events, insurance, and welfare programs, provide timely HR & Admin MIS reports to management.
