  • Accurately maintain records of interactions, sales, and feedback to refine efficiency and product offerings.
  • Understand customer pain points and effectively communicate the value of our placement guarantee initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, share user insights, and contribute ideas for product enhancement.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil (desired).
