About the Role
  • Teach B.Ed program courses according to curriculum guidelines
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods
  • Guide students in academic projects, assignments, and research
  • Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials effectively
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic planning
  • Provide mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance to students
  • Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs
  • Maintain discipline, student engagement, and a positive learning environment
  • Support institutional initiatives, accreditation, and quality improvement activities
Requirements
  • A Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed) with a minimum of 55% marks
  • NET/Ph.D. in Education preferred (according to UGC/NCTE norms)
  • A minimum of 2-15 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
  • Updated knowledge of pedagogical methods and teaching technology
