Academic Counsellor Trainee Opportunity

This role offers the perfect chance to launch your career in academic counselling and sales, guiding students on our school curriculum and supporting parents through in-house counselling sessions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to mentor and guide students, convert potential leads into admissions through consultative sales, and build long-term relationships with students and parents.

Key requirements include prior experience in sales, academic counselling, or BDA, although freshers with 0–3 months of experience are also welcome.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills, a passion for education and mentorship, and a target-driven attitude are essential for success in this role.
