
Branch Relationship Executive

This role is designed for highly skilled professionals who excel in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry. A strong understanding of financial products and services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
