Job Description

Role profile:
Liaison with Zonal and Branch Heads to formulate strategies for acquiring and growing strategic accounts such as MNCs and large corporates, and detailing out annual business targets
Be accountable for generating average monthly business volumes of 22.5 Cr through quality sourcing and relationship management
Build and strengthen networks and alliances with OEMs, large dealers, leasing partners, and ecosystem enablers to enhance strategic business sourcing and penetration
Develop and execute plans to identify white spaces, untapped corporate segments, and expand into new geographies or verticals Drive system and process enhancements to reduce TATs and improve strategic client experience and engagement
Monitor and maintain portfolio health by ensuring quality sourcing and proactive client account reviews
Ensure regular reconciliation and tracking of disbursements, limits, and earnings from Strategic Accounts
Collate, review, and act on MIS reports related to strategic portfolio performance, client activity, and partner productivity
Ensure alignment with credit guidelines and policy during large ticket appraisals proactively assess and mitigate associated risks Coordinate with Legal to draft and renew strategic partnership agreements, based on performance and future opportunity
Oversee operations and performance across their designated zone, ensuring local execution of strategic initiatives
Participate in strategic reviews, goal setting, and progress tracking for account-specific growth and portfolio profitability
Attend all mandatory functional and strategic trainings to stay aligned with evolving business and industry practices

Any additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as special projects or part of ongoing strategic initiatives.
