Job Purpose:

To lead the assigned branch by effective planning & management of resources, ensuring the achievement of business targets through strategic sales execution. The role demands a leader who can enhance market share, brand equity, and operational efficiency while maintaining financial discipline and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales Strategy:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch targets in:

- Agent productivity

- New premium acquisition

- Business persistency

- Drive sales promotional activities to maximize business numbers.

- Recommend product and process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:

- Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and motivating the agency force.

- Ensure effective people management to boost field force productivity.

Financial & Operational Excellence:

- Maintain financial discipline to optimize revenue and control costs.

- Ensure 100% compliance for seamless branch operations.

- Oversee branch administration to sustain smooth and cost-effective functioning.

Market Leadership:

- Strengthen the branch's market share and brand equity through innovative strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 8+ years in agency sales/branch management within the life insurance or financial services sector.
