Corporate ERP Specialist Job Description

This role is a critical position within a dynamic organization, contributing to rapid growth and forward-thinking environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Oracle NetSuite platform as a subject matter expert for all relevant features.
  • Collaborate with various departments and end-users to ensure best practices for the system.
  • Identify and support optimizations of business processes.
  • Participate in implementing required localizations.
  • Support migrating acquired companies from local ERPs to NetSuite.
  • Manage day-to-day NetSuite queries including induction, training, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Create NetSuite customizations, workflows, and reports.
  • Ensure data integrity.
  • Configure integrations with external applications.
  • Manage configuration changes to existing reports, fields, workflows, roles, permissions, forms, records, and searches.
  • Review and maintain user roles and dashboards.
  • Develop manuals and participate in new user training.
