Job Title: ERP Systems Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and configuring SAP GRC 12.0 across multiple modules, covering configuration, testing, documentation, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support.
  • Proficiency in configuring Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and integrating AC with various SAP systems.
  • Customizing rule sets to match business needs and processes, including cross-system Separation of Duty (SoD) and critical access rules.
  • Defining and automating business processes and key controls for compliance, utilizing control libraries, self-assessments, and Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM).
  • Configuring manual and automated controls, including integration for automated monitoring, and designing control testing, issue management, and remediation workflows.
  • Familiarity with Process Control reporting and dashboards to track compliance progress, and performing User & Role analysis to identify existing SoD.
  • Proficiency in ABAP debugging, user exits, and Business Add-Ins (BADIs) to support GRC customization needs, and providing end-to-end user support.

Requirements:

  • At least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP GRC 12.0.
  • Proficiency in Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and ABAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
  • Proven project coordination and stakeholder management skills, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Knowledge of audit processes and preparation for compliance reviews using GRC reports.
