As a Client Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding client service while working in a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, CRM platforms, and troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Must have a personal laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 1-2 years (Relevant experience preferred)
- Join Date: Immediate joiners will be given preference
Required Skills:
