Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and resolve issues by communicating with drivers and fleets.
About the Role:
- Manage and resolve issues through effective communication with drivers and fleets.
- Enforce high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Confirm ride completion and apply necessary changes in the system or request driver assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, noting issues and solutions within our CRM for consistency and follow-up as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, operations, sales, and other functions, as well as external stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar environment.
- Strong operational and analytical skills are essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is necessary.
- Able to work a full-time schedule of 24/7 and 6 days a week.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively is crucial.
- Fast-paced work environment is expected.
- Attention to detail is necessary.
