Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our online bidding and IT sales initiatives. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify high-value opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

About the Role:

This is a results-driven position that requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT services and digital solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities via online platforms.
  • Optimizing and maintaining company profiles across bidding platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Crafting tailored proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique value proposition.
  • Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiating terms, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding agreed performance goals.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding.
  • A strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets, ideally targeting North America and Europe.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
