Lead Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the development of our salesforce solutions.

About the Role:

This is a senior level role that requires significant experience with Vlocity and Salesforce technology stack. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end development of salesforce solutions, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes.
  • Design and develop scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture.
  • Lead integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.
  • Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps.
  • Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers within the team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with Vlocity and Salesforce technology stack.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures, lightning web components, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Vlocity certified.
