Technical Salesforce Lead Position

We are looking for a skilled technical lead to drive the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and strong leadership abilities to manage end-to-end technical delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom Force.com applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Oversee configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations (APIs, middleware), and data migration activities.
  • Define development standards, code reviews, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity.
  • Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and integration patterns
  • Data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL)
  • Declarative configuration (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules)
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and release management on Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
  • A proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
