Role Overview

Our team is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to streamline and manage our end-to-end release management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, implement, and manage DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)
  • Work extensively with Git-based version control (branching, merging, pull requests)
  • Automate deployments across multiple orgs (sandbox to production)
  • Collaborate with developers and admins to ensure smooth release cycles
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance
  • Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, governance, and security

What We're Looking For

We require:

  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Git workflows and repository management
  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and management (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Metadata, SFDX, and change sets
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms and Linux-based environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Bonus: Salesforce/DevOps-related certifications
