Job Opportunity

The Research and Development department is seeking highly skilled engineers to join their team. As a R&D engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products, improving existing ones, and implementing innovative solutions.

  • Create and implement new product designs, prototypes, and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Design and develop software, hardware, and mechanical components for medical devices.
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and regulatory compliance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex systems and subsystems.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems) or related field.
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in R&D engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
