About the Role:

  • They will be responsible for managing the customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Managing and developing a team of operations leads to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 7-12 years of experience in project management, preferably in startups or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of people management, with direct team reporting experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured thought process.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in managing strategic alliances and business partnerships is a plus.
