Experienced Interior Designer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Interior Space Planner to lead our design projects from conception to completion. This key role requires a strong understanding of interior design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:
  • Design Concept Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and develop creative and functional interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.
  • Space Planning: Create detailed space plans, furniture layouts, and 3D renderings using design software, ensuring that designs meet client expectations and project requirements.
  • Project Execution: Prepare working drawings, elevations, sections, and technical documentation for execution, select and source materials, finishes, furniture, and decor aligned with design vision and project scope, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for smooth project delivery.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation and ensure quality control, and assist in final styling and participate in project handover to the client.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in interior design and project execution
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong design sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into practical layouts
  • Good communication, time management, and client-handling skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
  • Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
