As a Senior Business Development Executive at Innovative Lighting Designs Ltd. (ILDL), you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales initiatives.
Job OverviewThis dynamic position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with our executive team to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Nurture strong relationships with architectural firms, interior designers, contractors, and high-end clients.
- Take ownership of lead conversion, project specifications, and sales closures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted promotional campaigns.
- Enhance brand presence through social media outreach and engagement strategies.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum 3-4 years of experience in architectural or decorative lighting sales or related architectural products.
- A degree or diploma in architecture, interior design, or lighting design, or a management graduate with an MBA from a reputable institute.
- Strong technical proficiency in MS Office.
- Proven sales expertise with the ability to engage, demonstrate, and close sales in a premium brand or service-oriented industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Enthusiasm, drive, and confidence, with a keen interest in learning ILDL's product and technology portfolio.
