Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive at Metrica Bizsol Pvt Ltd. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities


  • Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Regular follow ups and reviving the old clients.
  • Researching and identifying potential areas for business growth.
  • Conducting market research and analysis.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Negotiating terms and closing deals with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop long-term business strategies and goals, based on market insights and growth opportunities.
  • Creating compelling proposals and pitches to attract new clients or secure new business opportunities.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to adapt strategies accordingly.


Qualifications

  • Atleast 2 years working experience and proven track record in achieving sales targets in recruitment / executive search industry in India
  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
