Senior Project Coordinator

Job Overview
">This role is responsible for leading contract review meetings with internal customers and clarifying scope to ensure projects are on track. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in Contract Engineering, Pump Project Consulting firms, Project Engineering firms, or EPC firms.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Partner with internal stakeholders and sales teams to receive orders and lead project progress.
- Ensure documentation work is completed on time and compilation of final documentation, including paper and electronic versions.
- Report the status of review cycles and document schedules, controlling, distributing, consolidating, and maintaining internal and external document deliverables.
- Maintain margin analysis for each project and share learning to build robust processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team on milestone payments and commercial terms.
Requirements:
">A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical engineering, a certified course in Project Management, and PMP certification are required for this position.
">Additional Information:
">The ideal candidate will be accountable for receivables and on-time delivery, OTD. They will also be responsible for compiling final documentation, reporting project status, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
