As a Senior Mechanical Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in expediting the delivery of materials, equipment, and services required for projects. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and ensure timely delivery of these essential resources.

About this Role:

This position requires a strong understanding of project management, procurement, and expediting processes. You will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to track order status and resolve any hold points or related issues that may arise.

Your analytical skills and ability to think critically will be crucial in reviewing and maintaining procurement schedules to align with project timelines. Regular follow-ups and updates on order progress will be provided to project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics teams to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods.
  • Verify that all materials and equipment meet specified quality and technical standards before acceptance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC Project experience with rotary and static equipment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Excel and SAP ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
