Telephony Prayer Ministry Supervisor

The Prayer Ministry Leader oversees the daily operations of the prayer tower, ensuring every caller receives support and guidance in line with our vision. This role involves leading a team of intercessors, maintaining operational excellence, spiritual impact, and high-quality engagement with partners and callers.
Main Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence
- Supervise the daily functioning of the prayer tower to ensure efficient call handling and compassionate ministry to callers.
- Maintain proper shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for optimal performance.
- Monitor call quality, response time, and ministry effectiveness through established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Spiritual & Pastoral Oversight
- Guide and encourage intercessors in prayer, Scripture use, and spiritual counselling to foster a culture of compassion and faith within the prayer tower.
- Promote blessing plans, prayer tower visits, and ministry initiatives to enhance the caller experience.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor new intercessors and volunteers to develop a strong and effective team.
- Conduct regular team meetings, prayer sessions, and spiritual enrichment programs to promote collaboration and growth.
- Quality & Process Improvement
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for call handling and prayer delivery to ensure consistency and quality.
- Analyze feedback from callers and partners to improve the ministry approach and enhance the overall caller experience.
- Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of call volumes, nature of prayer requests, and follow-up calls to inform ministry decisions.
- Prepare monthly reports on ministry impact and operational metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
