**Job Title:** Prayer Ministry Leader

The prayer ministry leader oversees the daily operations of a telephone prayer tower, ensuring callers receive prompt and compassionate support.

This role involves managing a team of intercessors, implementing standard operating procedures, and improving call management systems to enhance the ministry's impact and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in a customer service or call center management role. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Supervise daily functioning of the prayer tower, ensure prompt answering of calls, and maintain proper shift schedules.
  • Spiritual & Pastoral Oversight: Guide and encourage intercessors in prayer, Scripture use, and spiritual counseling.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor new intercessors and volunteers.
  • Quality & Process Improvement: Implement standard operating procedures, improve call handling, and introduce technology enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a ministry, customer service, or call center management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent English language skills, multilingual an asset.
  • Ability to handle emotional and sensitive conversations with empathy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
