Telephone Prayer Tower Manager

This role involves leading a team of intercessors, ensuring operational excellence, spiritual impact, and high-quality engagement with partners and callers.

  • Operational Excellence
    • Supervise daily functioning of the prayer tower.
    • Ensure prompt answering of prayer calls and compassionate ministry to callers.
    • Maintain proper shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing.
    • Monitor call quality, response time, and ministry effectiveness.
  • Spiritual Impact
    • Guide and encourage intercessors in prayer, use of Scripture, and spiritual counselling.
    • Ensure every call is handled with compassion, confidentiality, and faith.
    • Promote blessing plans, prayer tower visits, and ministry initiatives to callers.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and mentor new intercessors and volunteers.
    • Conduct regular team meetings, prayer sessions, and spiritual enrichment programs.
    • Set performance goals and monitor progress through KPIs.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Implement standard operating procedures for call handling and prayer delivery.
    • Use feedback from callers and partners to improve ministry approach.
    • Introduce technology enhancements for better call management and reporting.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Maintain records of call volumes, nature of prayer requests, and follow-up calls.
    • Prepare monthly reports on ministry impact and operational metrics.
    • Coordinate with other prayer towers and central teams for events and campaigns.
As the manager of the Telephone Prayer Tower, you will oversee the operations of our prayer ministry, ensuring every caller receives support, guidance, and encouragement in line with our vision and mission. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively, and possess a strong understanding of spiritual principles. They will also be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, motivate others, and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
