Prayer Tower Leader Position

This key role involves spearheading a team of intercessors, ensuring operational efficiency, spiritual impact, and exceptional engagement with partners and callers.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management
- Oversee daily functioning of the prayer tower.
- Maintain proper shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
- Monitor call quality, response time, and ministry effectiveness.
- Spiritual & Pastoral Oversight
- Guide and encourage intercessors in prayer, use of Scripture, and spiritual counseling.
- Promote blessing plans, prayer tower visits, and ministry initiatives to callers.
- Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor new intercessors and volunteers.
- Conduct regular team meetings, prayer sessions, and spiritual enrichment programs.
- Quality & Process Improvement
- Implement standard operating procedures for call handling and prayer delivery.
- Use feedback from callers and partners to improve ministry approach.
- Reporting & Administration
- Maintain records of call volumes, nature of prayer requests, and follow-up calls.
- Prepare monthly reports on ministry impact and operational metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a ministry, customer service, or call center management role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingualism is preferred.
- Ability to handle emotional and sensitive conversations with empathy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and call management systems.
