This role involves designing and implementing strategies to engage our audience, develop content that resonates with them, and collaborate with creators and contributors to produce high-quality work. As a Community Builder, you'll be responsible for cultivating a sense of belonging among our members, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional support whenever needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and launch city-based initiatives, including WhatsApp groups, creator clubs, and interest-based channels.
  • Develop and manage backend systems for onboarding, community rules, moderation flows, and reward programs.
  • Cultivate relationships with creators, event hosts, community leaders, and other stakeholders to drive engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect community insights to product improvements, events, or campaigns.

We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in community management, creator relations, social media, or cultural programming. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in community management, creator relations, social media, or cultural programming.
  • Strong understanding of WhatsApp-first communities, digital tools, or city-based networks.
  • Experience in organizing offline events, managing contributors, or running community-led initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
