As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our global audience across various digital platforms.

This position requires an individual who is passionate about fostering genuine connections and building lasting relationships with our followers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and grow our online community across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • Develop engaging content and maintain active groups and communities on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Maintain daily interactions with followers: respond to messages, comments, and share meaningful conversations.
  • Analyze conversations, sentiment, and feedback to inform future campaigns.
  • Support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to align tone and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a natural, empathetic tone.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
  • A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is an asset.
  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands is beneficial.
