About the Job

Our organization is looking for a talented Engagement Manager to spearhead our internal enablement and external engagement strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs to foster employee engagement, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, talent retention, and community outreach.
  • Drive internal communication strategies to keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Organize workshops, innovation challenges, and knowledge-sharing sessions to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to support talent development and retention initiatives.

External Engagement & Brand Building:

  • Identify and manage partnerships with local organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to drive external engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and represent the organization at sponsored events, industry forums, and innovation showcases.
  • Enhance the organization's visibility and reputation through thought leadership, public relations, and community outreach.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align engagement initiatives with business objectives and cultural priorities.
  • Work closely with marketing, HR, and leadership to craft compelling narratives around organizational culture, values, and community impact.
  • Monitor and report on key engagement metrics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in employee engagement, corporate communications, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with the Coimbatore community and local ecosystem is a must.
