Transformative Field Professional

We seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to spearhead our Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) initiatives. The role involves extensive grassroots engagement, farmer outreach, and project coordination to drive rural transformation.

  • Conduct regular field visits, engaging directly with farmers to support FPO-related programs.
  • Organize and facilitate training sessions, awareness meetings, and village-level interactions.
  • Collect and document field data to track project progress and inform decision-making.
  • Mobilize farmer groups, ensuring their active participation in FPO initiatives.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders to implement project plans effectively.
  • Communicate field updates, insights, and challenges with internal teams in a timely manner.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil are mandatory.
  • Ability to travel extensively across rural areas in and around Coimbatore.
  • Genuine interest in working with farmers and contributing to rural development.
