
Sales Outreach Coordinator

As a key team member in our Sales Development department, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing warm leads from our outreach campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and respond to email and marketing campaign replies promptly.
Additionally, you will draft professional responses that balance templates and personalization, identifying high-potential leads and escalating them to the sales team for timely follow-up. You will also nurture conversations with prospects to keep them engaged and interested.
Collaboration with SDRs/BDRs is essential to schedule meetings with qualified prospects. Maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM and outreach tools is also crucial to this role.
Requirements:- Proven experience in administrative support or client coordination is preferred.
- Strong command of Google Sheets (formulas, filters, formatting) is essential.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - are necessary for this role.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively is critical.
- High attention to detail and accuracy are required.
- Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Google Drive, and basic CRM systems is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any related field is required.
- Experience: 0-1 year in multiple roles is acceptable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are desired.
- Monitor replies from email/marketing campaigns and engage prospects promptly.
