We are looking for a passionate and organized Inside Sales Specialist to support our global sales operations. In this role, you'll be at the core of our business development efforts — managing tender processes, coordinating with global partners, preparing pitch materials, and helping drive strategic outreach. This is a high-impact, fast-paced opportunity ideal for a dynamic individual with strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities: Tender Management
- Track and evaluate domestic and international tenders relevant to our offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete and submit bid documents on time.
- Maintain a centralized tracker of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
Sales & Partner Coordination
- Support the sales team in daily activities including client follow-ups and proposal building.
- Liaise with global technology partners for collaborations and co-bids.
- Assist in demo scheduling, documentation, and follow-through activities.
Demos & Presentations
- Prepare and deliver product walkthroughs and client demos (training will be provided).
- Customize sales decks, proposals, and demo scripts to align with client needs.

Marketing Outreach
- Craft compelling outreach emails and marketing content for prospect engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all client-facing documents.

Sales Collateral & Documentation
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and sales templates.
- Maintain and update a content library of sales decks, proposals, and product overviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, marketing, or bid/tender roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Passion for sales strategy, product demos, and global collaboration.
