Customer Engagement Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for implementing and optimizing customer engagement campaigns using a leading marketing platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and maintain campaigns using Liquid templating and Canvas
- Integrate the marketing platform with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs
- Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into workflows
- Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance
- Ensure best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on using the marketing platform
- Any other IT projects and ad hoc tasks related to the marketing platform
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years hands-on experience working with the marketing platform
- Experience working with the platform's SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web)
- Familiarity with Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment)
- Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
