Job Title: Customer Engagement Manager

Position Summary:

The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for fostering strong customer relationships by engaging with customers, listening to their feedback, and addressing their concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Obtain customer feedback and implement necessary actions
    • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
    • Keep customers informed about project progress
  • Registration & Documentation:
    • Manage documentation for registration processes
  • Sales:
    • Process property bookings for customers visiting the head office
    • Prepare final cost sheets and estimates for new customers as required
    • Send cost estimates to the sales team and management as needed
    • Prepare reports, including sales reports for upper management and land owners on a monthly basis
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and maintain up-to-date records related to projects
    • Coordinate with bankers for project approvals and loan processing for customers
    • Collaborate with the accounts department on a monthly basis for customer receipt reconciliation
    • Oversee the handover of keys and possession certificates, along with other necessary documents, to customers as required

Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess an MBA in a related field.
