About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Associate to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals.

The primary focus of this role is to support the growth and development of our community through strategic planning, project execution, and relationship building. You will be responsible for engaging with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp, gathering feedback, maintaining organized records, and supporting smooth engagement within our online community.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable making phone calls and interacting with participants. Additionally, you should have basic familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning are essential for success in this role.

As a Community Associate, you will gain hands-on experience in community engagement, operations, and participant management. You will work directly with our founder/mentor to understand how transformational programs are run and contribute to the development of our self-development ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp to gather feedback and provide support.
  • Maintain organized records in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Support smooth engagement within our online community.
