About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to drive internal enablement and external engagement initiatives in Coimbatore.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing programs to foster employee engagement, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a passion for community engagement and internal empowerment.

  • Internal Enablement:
  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee experience and support talent retention initiatives.
  • Drive internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and inspired.
  • Organize workshops, innovation challenges, and knowledge-sharing sessions to cultivate a culture of continuous learning.

External Engagement & Brand Building:

  • Identify and manage partnerships with local organizations and community groups to drive external engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and represent the company at sponsored events and industry forums.
  • Enhance the company's visibility and reputation through thought leadership and public relations.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align engagement initiatives with business objectives and cultural priorities.
  • Work closely with marketing and HR teams to craft compelling narratives around company culture and values.
  • Monitor and report on key engagement metrics to assess program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in employee engagement, corporate communications, or related fields.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with the Coimbatore community and local ecosystem is a must.
