Master Builder

We are seeking a seasoned Master Builder to lead our construction projects from conceptualization to completion.

  • Oversight of project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and high-quality results;
  • Effective project communication through clear diagrams and presentations;
  • Liaising with government departments and collaborating with professionals;
  • Implementing design concepts aligned with client requirements;

The ideal candidate possesses a strong project management background, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, and other software is essential.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires a creative mindset, strong visualization skills, and the ability to manage and deliver projects independently.

B. Arch/M. Arch degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience; good liaising experience; proficiency in required software; strong project management and communication skills; in-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards; creative mindset; proven experience managing and delivering projects independently.
