Job Title: Client Growth SpecialistAre you a motivated individual with excellent social skills and a passion for building relationships? We are seeking a Client Growth Specialist to join our team in Delhi, India.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Conducting daily sales calls with prospective clients to identify their needs and develop solutions tailored to their requirements and goals.
  2. Following up with leads regularly to update them on new articles and broadcasts, and ensuring timely communication with clients.
  3. Building client relationships by meeting new clients and taking referrals from existing ones, while maintaining regular contact to understand client needs.
  4. Reviewing and diversifying existing client portfolios to provide guidance on achieving financial goals.
  5. Staying informed about market trends and providing updates to clients, as well as attending training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  6. Providing organizational research and materials to clients, along with offering personalized advice based on thorough financial and sector knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth understanding of life insurance, general insurance, fixed income, mutual funds, and other related products.
  2. Wealth/Portfolio Management: Understand client portfolios and assist in achieving financial goals through effective wealth management strategies.
  3. Financial Planning/Investment Advisory: Provide sound and reliable advice to clients based on thorough financial and sector knowledge, helping them make informed investment decisions.

  1. Excellent socializing and relation-building skills to foster strong client relationships.
  2. Strong communication and listening skills to effectively convey information and understand client needs.
  3. Confident individual who can conduct presentations effectively and analyze client requirements.
  4. Analytical skills to evaluate client needs and logical ability to make informed decisions.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets, while prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
