As a seasoned sales professional, we seek a Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. This full-time role demands expertise in IT sales, staffing, or client acquisition.
Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with HRs, Founders, CTOs, and Hiring Managers in IT companies worldwide.
- Pitching Oxcytech's remote developers for hiring purposes.
- Maintaining long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborating closely with our delivery team for resume submissions and client coordination.
- Participating in daily sync-ups with the leadership team.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or client acquisition.
- A strong network within IT companies, particularly in India and/or the USA market.
- Clear understanding of remote developer hiring.
- Ability to independently drive end-to-end sales cycles.
