Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled QA specialist to contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring product functionality meets requirements through comprehensive testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure product functionality meets requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Continuously develop and maintain test environments, automation frameworks, and server-related tools and platforms.
  • Improve and innovate QA processes, strategies, and methodologies to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of software testing experience with rich experience in App and Web testing.
  • Familiarity with various testing methodologies including Black-box testing, Gray-box testing, Smoke and sanity testing, Acceptance testing, Exploratory testing.
  • Experience with test case development, execution, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of defect lifecycle management and bug tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or Go.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and database systems, including familiarity with Redis and MongoDB.
  • Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of software development and testing processes.
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in server-side testing.
  • Practical project development experience using PHP/Python/Java/Go.
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Automated testing expertise.
  • Performance and load testing experience.
  • Security testing knowledge.
  • Advanced API testing skills.
  • Experience with BDD frameworks.
  • Knowledge of test data management principles.
