Quality Assurance Associate Lead

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Associate Lead to drive testing efforts and ensure data quality.

  • Lead and support testing for ETL processes, Data Warehousing, and Data Migrations with a focus on Snowflake.
  • Design, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for data validation and quality assurance.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation between source and target systems.
  • Design data quality frameworks for Snowflake environments.
  • Validate data completeness, transformations, and client onboarding workflows.
  • Perform row-level and aggregated data validations across client datasets.
  • Support data governance, auditing, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and developers to ensure requirements are translated into effective testing scenarios.
  • Identify data quality issues, troubleshoot, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Drive automation in ETL and DWH testing where feasible.
  • Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance and security are met.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical direction and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake, ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Migration testing. They will lead and support testing efforts, design test strategies, review requirements, and perform data analysis.
