Senior Manual Test Lead/Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manual Test Lead/Manager to lead our testing efforts in Azure Data Engineering.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the entire testing lifecycle, including developing test strategies and coordinating with various teams to ensure high-quality results.
  • Management of test plans to guarantee the quality of Azure Data solutions and drive business success.
  • Leading a team of testers, performing risk assessments, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.

Key Qualifications Include:

  • 7+ years of experience in manual testing, preferably in Azure Data Engineering, Data Integration, and Data Warehousing.
  • Strong knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies and proficiency in creating and managing test plans and writing test cases.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality results, excellent technical skills, and strong leadership abilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
